Initiate Your Request
Log into your Woodcraft account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
