Mini-Pelican Style Carving Knife

Flexcut® KN19 Mini Pelican Knife features a 7/8" long hard cutting convex blade that is curved for clean slicing action. The ultra thin blade has the lowest resistance when fine cutting is required. The blade comes to a rounded point narrowed for a tight turning radius yet is extremely durable and versatile. The smaller handle is faceted with multiple control points to allow them to be held in a variety of comfortable positions. Constructed with an ash handle and a honed and polished, high carbon steel blade.
